In a VERY close race, Yacht and Beach club won the job of hosting our conference in 2016!
Now, let's get ourselves signed up and reserved!!! We do have to get 10 rooms to keep our rate. All agents should do their best to attend and should also focus on getting new agents to this event so that they can learn from our vendors, receive internal training, and familiarize themselves with our vendors and their products.

Our Price: $189 per night. (Regular rate is $500-$750 nightly) Price already includes taxes and is the final paid. Parking and Magical Express shuttle service from airport are complimentary.

About the resort: Yacht and Beach Club Resort is located on Disney's Boardwalk and features the closest walking option to any park. The 'back' entrance to into Epcot is literal steps away from these resorts. An added advantage of the Boardwalk area is that the back entrance to Epcot is never crowded and exceedingly easy to enter compared to most other park entrances. As a Deluxe-category resort, it features all the amenities you'd find at the Contemporary and the Grand Floridian. It features a large themed pool area complete with a 'lazy river'. The pool area at this resort is so popular, guests are required to wear their magic band for entry. The rooms and resort areas here heavily resemble those at Grand Floridian. This property does feature character dining at Cape May Cafe, as well as the very popular Beaches and Creme restaurant famous for its extraordinary sundaes and ice cream treats.
